Cupping
Originally a folk remedy used in many cultures, cupping is used to help improve breathing during illness, move blood and Qi to reduce pain and break up adhesions to improve mobility. The suction from cupping makes the immune system release histamine, that dilates capillaries. Then, suction pulls plasma and red blood cells into the tissues and up through the layers and the lymphatic system towards the surface.
